Business stationary print design?

I am promoting a fictional campaign for Ted Baker shoes. I have come up with some ideas for posters, window displays, flyers, tongue in cheek business cards and a layout for a website design. I need a more varied range of print based ideas and also something promotional. Can anyone think of any formats or medium I have failed to see?
