Question for girls about a guy asking a girl out?

How do I go about asking a girl out straight out of the blue. There is a gilt who works at the deli of the store I shop at. I think she is very cute, but how do I ask he out without seeming like a weirdo? I want to be able to go back to that store. Thank you ahead of time.
