I am shopping for a new phone for metro pcs and cant decide?

ok so my limit money wise is 200, but i want a good phone that wont drop calls and good text messaging i dont care about a lot of features but i do want a nice phone i was looking at the lg banter touch but heared it recieves duplicate messages......................any suggestions?
