Lg cookie no longer has any sound, help ?
my sons lg cookie mobile phone no longer gives out any sound. it still vibrates, and can be heard through the earphones, but no sound- ringtones, music, etc, when used normally. we have tried taking out the battery, resetting, checking all settings, everything we can think of- any suggestions?
