Should i get the samsung galaxy s 2?(read details)?

it comes out 30 of may in my country so i will wait for the price to go down to the price of the 1st galaxy s so i will probably wait for probably somwhere in august , i have an lg cookie kp500 for about 2.5 years , no 3g and i want that phone so badly but my mom says that it will be too expensive and luckily i have my grandma and grandpa who always give me about 3000kn (about 600 $ )at the end of school (im 5th grade) so they will probably give me more cuz its harder now than in 1-4 grade so will the galaxy s 2 cost more less about 600$ (with or without contract with t-mobile hr)
