Am I date-able or doomed?

You seem to be high maintenance. That's not a good thing because you might come off a bit too high maintenance for some guys. I'm sure you can find the one for you. Someone who'll respect and understand your conditions/needs. I suggest you try texting and social networking because when you meet a guy and he wants to ask you out on a date, he will have a hard time contacting you if you don't text/have a Facebook account/Myspace/Twitter.
