Buying shoes a few centimeters too big? (BJD)?

So I'm going to be getting a Soul Kids doll (Mayu model) and shes about 4 cm shorter then your average 44cm MSD also her feet are 5.5 cm. So I've been searching the internet to find shoes in that size and there's nothing I really want! But I did find some lace up sneaker-boot type things ( http://www.dollmore.net/shop/step1.php?number=8821 ) and I love them the only problem is that they're 8cm long instead of 5.5cm. What I was wondering is if I purchase these would they still be ok on the doll? or would they be way too big and I should just keep looking? Any ideas or links to shoes would be great! Also the other reason I liked these sneakers better was I found a pair of 5.5cm shoes but they were much more expensive ($19 vs $7.50) Thanks!!
