I have been following the Atkins diet plan since January 3, 2011. To date I lost 30 pounds. I was 160 now I am 130. I have been stricter then strict. Yesterday I treated myself I had a small piece of Carrot Cake and 6 Cookies!! I really needed this :) My question is can I start right back up today following my Atkins plan? Will my treats yesterday have a huge impact on Weight Loss or anything more. Please let me know.... Thank you
