I really like this girl!!!!?!? But......... the situation is so awkward.. (10 Points in 3 hours)?

we had a really awkward past......... it's too long to explain, I'm sure you guys wouldn't want to read a long story that doesn't concern you guys anyway. Look, this isn't just some little awkward incident, this is RIDICULOUSLY AWKWARD. It's basically a joke, we're suppose to be enemies because we both screwed up with each other. People laugh about the story between this really pretty girl and me at school( I go to high school, I'm a senior, not a idiot, so don't give me any answers making it seem like I'm a sucker or a moron because it irritates me) She eyes me A LOT, and I smile at her a lot and I told my friend to give her girlscout cookies to her because my friend has her in his next period. He told her it was from me and she told him to tell me, "thanks" She knows it's awkward that we like each other and she's too shy to talk to me because she thinks I'm going to make fun of her or think it's a joke. Like when I asked my friend to get her number by asking one of her friends. Her friend didn't say anything because she thought I was going to prank call her. So why don't I just ask her out?! It's because it's super awkward for me because this girl embarred me and it makes me look pathetic. I still like her because she talks really cute and she's adorable! So I'm going to need another icebreaker... suggestions anyone? I would prefer suggestions on what to do next more than an ysis of my situation.
