What food would you recommend feed a lurcher or a whippet?

Hi. In about 1 month I am getting a rescue dog. It will most likely wither be a whippet or a lurcher. I know that relatively thin dogs like them are prone to bloat. So I will need some advice. Will I give them special food designed for whippets and lurchers? Or is the traditional Bakers Dry food fine? Also how much should I feed her? Thank you for your help!
