What is the best driver for me?

Hey, i am 15 years old, very athletic build been playing for 11 months and i am a 13 handicapper. My golf instructor says i need a new driver with a stiff flex shaft. I am on a budget and looking at my local shops. I can get great deals from close friends so basically anything under 200$ on the INTERNET. Give me some suggestions i was thinking the R9 or Super-fast TP but i much rather have suggestions from you. I hit the ball 250-275 as is, i am 5 foot 9'' tall. So tell me what you think. I am looking for drivers from the past 3 years to now.
