What is the best dry dog food?

I am trying to wean my dog from wet to dry food, as i found she was getting diarrhoea and i was finding it quite expensive. I have only had her for a couple of months she is 4 years old and has been fed on canned food and human food up until then. I bough a bag of bakers complete with moist bits but she wont eat it, i tried mixing it with wet food, adding warm water, but she still wont eat it, when she gets really hungry she will eat just the moist bits, so i started to take those out to see what she would do, she may eat a couple of the kibbles but wont eat it all. i have been feeding her three times a day and leaving the food for 15 minutes at a time then taking it away if she doesn't eat it but don't want her to get ill from lack of food, but don't want to go back to wet food either. is there a dry food that is more appealing to dogs, how long before they accept that this is their new diet?
