Baking and Pastry profession...?

there is a difference between a baker, and a pastry chef. They both deal with baked products, but On a different scale. Bakers, as the name implies, bake. Pastry chef bake, and also make pastry's, which is much different than just baking. Pastry Chef, also make more money, and usually don't have to deal with customers.
